Before approving any balance withdrawal request, the trading activities of the account will be reviewed.
Withdrawal requests related to trades made below the market rate or against the rules will not be approved.
If an issue is detected in a trade, it must be resolved within 3 days or before any exchange rate change occurs.
For example, if an item worth 3000 EURO is sold for 1000 EURO, the withdrawal request will not be approved. In this case, the player must resolve the 2000 EURO difference within 3 days or before the exchange rate changes. This can be done either by reclaiming the extra item that was sold or by the buyer completing the missing payment.
Once the issue is resolved, the withdrawal request may be processed again.
The player requesting the withdrawal is fully responsible for this process. If the buyer intentionally insisted on such a trade or contributed to the violation, the buyer’s in-game account will also be permanently closed.
